  • “Brilliant four-day stool making course. Highly recommended! The course blended small group instruction with time to work on the project, while Daisy and Andrew were always on hand for regular one-on-one tuition/problem solving. The result was that besides the project to make a stool - which is a really beautiful thing to take home! - the experience gave me a kind of understanding, plus skills and perspectives, which I know I will take away and use in the future.I also found that I could happily spend hour after hour in the workshop, either finding that wonderful flow state from concentration and focus, or joy in meeting and getting to know new people. Daisy and Andrew definitely know how to make it a good environment to be in - I had a bit of workshop experience before the course but this would have been the perfect introduction for someone completely new to everything. Four days was a really nice amount of time too; I got stuck in to the project and I was exhausted by the end of the week (in a good way).”
