The Terms and Conditions…

Lula James ltd courses are designed with adult learners in mind nevertheless we do welcome secondary school age pupils so long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also enrolled in the course and takes full responsibility for the young person.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are to be redeemed against courses held by Lula James ltd. only. They are not eligible to be used against commissions. Gift Cards are in digital printable email format only and are not available as physical posted items. The Purchaser has the option of getting the gift card emailed to themselves to forward on to the recipient or to be emailed directly to the recipient- the gift card will be sent upon the purchase confirmation and cannot be delayed. There is no expiry date on gift cards however they are only guaranteed for 18 months from purchase. If Lula James LTD. stops putting on courses after this date for whatever reason you will not be able to get a refund. Courses and course dates will vary.

Course Cancellations:

In the unfortunate event of Lula James ltd needing to postpone or cancel a course for any reason you will have the option of a full refund or exchange. Any differences in exchanged course cost will need to be settled between you and Lula James ltd. Lula James ltd will do its utmost to avoid any cancellations/ postpones and will ensure to let you know ASAP. Lula James ltd. does not take any responsibility for any personal losses as a result of a course cancellation eg. accommodation, travel expenses etc.

If You Cannot make the Course:

In the event of you booking onto a course and being unable to attend you may exchange for another course as long as the start date of the originally booked course is a minimum of 6 weeks away. If you swap to a lower priced course Lula James ltd. cannot offer a part refund, if you swap to a higher priced course you must settle the difference with Lula James ltd. We cannot offer an exchange at less than 6 weeks before original course date as we would be unlikely to fill your place. Courses are not refundable except cancellations brought on by Lula James ltd. (Please see details above.)

Swapping Attendees:

If you enrol on a course the same attendee must attend every day. If you don’t show up you will not get a refund.

Health and Safety:

Lula James ltd teaches workshop safety and appropriate and careful use of tools to prevent minimal injury however minor cuts and blisters can be expected. Lula James ltd., directors and employees cannot take any responsibility or injuries that occur in, around or as a result of the courses. A full waiver will need to be signed prior to commencing a course with Lula James ltd. Although maximum efforts are made to reduce dust levels in the workshop it still remains a dusty environment so we ask that attendees must be in fit enough health to participate, please use common sense to consider if you are in good enough health to participate. We advise anyone with dust related allergies or lung related problems do not attend.
